We believe your investment should not be a source of worry when you are away from it. We visit your home, condo or apartment at agreed upon times and conduct a thorough inspection of your property. We pick up your mail, water your plants, we are your eyes and ears when you cannot be.We are fully bonded and insured.

Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your hourly rate?

No they are not; they are the responsibility of the client.
