Our team works Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. You can, however, submit your tasks at any time of the day or night and your VPA will get right to work on them during standard business hours.
Please take note we also observe all major holidays (closed between Christmas Eve and Year’s Day) therefore your VPA will be unavailable on those days as they will be recharging their batteries to serve you best.
Each task is worth 20 minutes.
That’s a great question. There are a lot of services that we don’t deem tasks. These services would include, video editing, web design/SEO, legal advice, accounting/taxes, writing blogs and social media management. That being said, we have preferred partners with those area of expertise and credentials that would be happy to help and we can connect you to the one that best suits your need.
Explain no more! Easy! Let’s added a branded email feature. This allows your VPA to send and receive emails from your domain instead of their @balanceinstyle.com address. This adds a level of professionalism and keeps things “in-house”. No one is the wiser. Branded email is included in the “Balanced Plan”, but you can add this feature for $99/mo to the Executive & Entrepreneur plans.
Of course, however our VPA’s can only manage Google Calendars at this time. Once other calendar apps hit the market we can look at adding other platforms. All you need to do is share and grant your VPA access and they can coordinate all your meetings, schedule your appointments and add important reminders to your calendar like your mom’s birthday …
Of course they can. Your VPA will represent themselves as your Personal assistant when placing calls on your behalf. They can book appointments, make reservations, call vendors, make A/R calls. You name it! So long as it is legal, moral and ethical! Your VPA however, cannot accept calls from contacts, vendors, or service providers on your behalf.
In the spirit of keeping your information safe we use a program called Last Pass. Using LastPass’ advanced encryption technology and cloud-based data storage, your VPA is able to access securely your sensitive data and use it to access an account or make a purchase on your behalf. You must create an online account, but there is no long term contracts. You can cancel at anytime after 30 days. Your account will automatically renew every 30 days if not cancelled and unused time does not roll over.
Yes, additional hours are available a la carte in the event you run out of time during your billing cycle. You also have the option of upgrading or downgrading your account at anytime. Each a la carte task is worth $20 plus tax.
Unfortunately this service is exclusively virtual, so we do not run errands or perform in-person physical tasks. However, our Concierge Company can provide those services, as you require at a rate of $65/hour. Just call 613-440-4446 or email email@example.com.
No. We are not accountants, however we can help your organize your receipts and set up a meeting with a brilliant tax specialist.
This falls outside the realm of a “task” we can however do research based on your exact needs and provide you with a short list of qualified graphic designers and web masters.
